What we are aiming for

We aim to follow commonly accepted practices associated with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. That is a goal for design and development, not a claim that an independent auditor has certified the site.

What you should be able to do

• Skip directly to the main content with the skip link
• Move through navigation and forms with a keyboard
• See a visible focus indicator on interactive controls
• Read pages that use a single main heading and semantic sections
• Use the site on a phone without losing primary navigation

Calculators

When calculators are published, inputs should have visible labels, errors should be described in text, and results should be available as text rather than only as a graphic. Charts, when used, should not be the only way to understand a result.

If something is hard to use

We do not currently publish a dedicated accessibility contact address. The Contact page explains that no public inbox is listed yet. As the site grows, this page will be updated if a way to report accessibility issues is added. In the meantime, we will keep improving labels, contrast, and keyboard behavior as we add tools.
